A learning system that offers personalized flexibility, opportunities for growth, and meaning for every student could make anything other than automated assessments daunting, to say the least.  This is where peer assessment can come in.  Schools across the country ( are starting to involve students in the curriculum design process. This study underscores the need for authentic peer feedback within a personalized teaching strategy.
